Treatment Terms & Conditions

ARRIVAL | Please arrive 10 mins prior to your first appointment to allow for your preparation and any information we need to collect before your treatment. Subsequent treatments; please be on time so we are on time.

BOOKING DEPOSIT | 50% deposit is required at the time of online booking. This amount will be deducted from your total when you pay in salon.

CANCELLATIONS | We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Failing to attend your appointment or late notice cancellations will attract a 50% of your service charge.

REWARD PROGRAMS | Skincare purchases attract free product rewards.

REFERRAL REWARDS | Because we value all our clients if your refer a friend both you and your friend will receive $20 from your next treatment.
